How to book a room?

What is included in the room?

In all our bedrooms you will find a flat screen TV with freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bathroom.

Do you serve meals?

We offer a great breakfast served from 7am to 10.00am Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 10.00am Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays. Breakfast is £6.99 including tea and coffee.

Is it noisy being in the town centre?

A third of our rooms overlook the Market Square and High Street. These rooms have acoustic double glazing. If you are a light sleeper you may still find these rooms noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. If so please ask for a room overlooking the courtyard when booking.

Do you have rooms for families?

Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards but not Diners Club.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Do you provide hairdryers and irons?

Yes, we do. There is a hairdryer and Iron and board in every bedroom

Do you provide cots?

Yes, we do. However it is advisable to inform us at the time of booking if you need one.

Can I smoke?

The entire hotel is non-smoking and we charge for an extra nights accommodation if you choose to smoke in the room, this is to cover additional cleaning costs.

We reserve the right to charge without notification any damage caused to the room


Can I leave my luggage?

If you arrive before 3pm and your room isn't ready for you, you can leave your luggage and go and explore. When you check out you can also leave your luggage and pick it up later in the day.

Can I pay by cheque?

We do not accept cheques.

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, you can. Although we do need credit/debit card details to secure the booking.
